Apartments
Your apartment will be ready for occupancy on arrival day from 3.00 pm onwards. You are requested to leave your apartment by 9.00 a.m. on the morning of your departure, should no special arrangements have been made in advance. In the case of a late arrival, that is arrivals after 7.00 p.m. we would kindly ask you to advise us in advance.
Young Children
Cots, high chairs, baths and changing mats are available free of charge.
Cancellation
In case of a cancellation refunds will be made according to the Austrian Hoteliers Association Rules.
Deposits
About 30% of the total price is required as a deposit when booking, rest payment to be made on arrival.

May be made either by cash, EC Card or as a transfer to the following bank accounts:
